I am always telling people that they need to be pro-active in order to get some results. Find out your options, raise that score, do what ever you have to do. If you really want to be a home owner bad enough, you will find a way to get it done. Back when I first realized that I was making credit mistakes it was too late, and then I finally found this option and was able to get a home for my family. There really is no replacement for having a place to call home. Even if you have bad credit, there are still plenty of options out there that can get you to where you need to be. Don't think that you can't get a home because of your situation, talk to someone as soon as you can. This was a great read, I really enjoyed the video and all of the info.
